Penne 

Napolettana

this one a bit spicy pasta with tomato flavour all around it. try taste it !



Materials :
  • penne pasta
  • grated parmesan cheese 
- sauce :
  • tomato concasse
  • tomato paste
  • beef stock
  • seasoning
  • bay leaves
  • garlic
  • oregano

How to make :
  1. boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes.
  2. for the sauce, sautee garlic with olive oil and add tomato concasse. add some bay leaves and oregano. pour some beef stock and then add some tomato paste. season it.
  3. serve the sauce at the top of the pasta.
