this one a bit spicy pasta with tomato flavour all around it. try taste it !
Materials :
- penne pasta
- grated parmesan cheese
- tomato concasse
- tomato paste
- beef stock
- seasoning
- bay leaves
- garlic
- oregano
How to make :
- boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes.
- for the sauce, sautee garlic with olive oil and add tomato concasse. add some bay leaves and oregano. pour some beef stock and then add some tomato paste. season it.
- serve the sauce at the top of the pasta.
