Fetucinne Carbonara
the classic menu of pasta. simple but elegant. that's what they said. check this out !
Materials:
- fetucinne pasta
- pork bacon
- sauce :
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 white egg
- seasoning
How to make :
- boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes. set aside.
- prepare the sauce, mix all the egg. add some seasoning.
- heat the pan. add some pork bacon. wait until the bacon produce some oils from the fat. reduce the heat. put pasta into the pan. then pour the sauce. stir it continually. don't let the egg cooked. after it has mixed perfectly you can serve it with grated parmesan cheese.
