Bin Tachos


     food a'la western that i named bin tachos. it's so simple to make. try it !

Materials :

  • red beans
  • capers
  • tortilla bread
  • tachos
  • green olive
  • black olive
  • salad oil
  • seasoning

How to make :

  1. boil red beans until soft and ready to be blended. blend the red beans until smooth. set aside the beans
  2. meanwhile, chop green and black olive until a bit smooth. and then put it into a bowl, add capers and pour some salad oil sufficiently. add some seasoning until you feel enough. mix it. set aside.
  3. for the plating, in this case i use small sauce dish, it's because this food is just snack. put the tortilla bread below. and then put in the blended red beans into pipping bag. pour it upon the tortilla bread. pour some dressing from choped olive with capers over it. plug in the tachos on it. serve it !

Fetucinne Carbonara

 

 

  the classic menu of pasta. simple but elegant. that's what they said. check this out !


Materials:
  • fetucinne pasta
  • pork bacon
- sauce :
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 white egg
  • seasoning

How to make :
  1. boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes. set aside.
  2. prepare the sauce, mix all the egg. add some seasoning.
  3. heat the pan. add some pork bacon. wait until the bacon produce some oils from the fat. reduce the heat. put pasta into the pan. then pour the sauce. stir it continually. don't let the egg cooked. after it has mixed perfectly you can serve it with grated parmesan cheese.

 

Penne 

Napolettana

this one a bit spicy pasta with tomato flavour all around it. try taste it !



Materials :
  • penne pasta
  • grated parmesan cheese 
- sauce :
  • tomato concasse
  • tomato paste
  • beef stock
  • seasoning
  • bay leaves
  • garlic
  • oregano

How to make :
  1. boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes.
  2. for the sauce, sautee garlic with olive oil and add tomato concasse. add some bay leaves and oregano. pour some beef stock and then add some tomato paste. season it.
  3. serve the sauce at the top of the pasta.

Fetucinne pescattora

  This is one of my favorite pasta menu. Italian flavour mixed with Indonesian taste. No doubt, the taste of this food would be so tasty and spicy. hmmm, yummy !

Materials :
  • fetucinne pasta
  • clam
  • mussel
  • shrimp
  • fresh goujon fish
  • grated cheese
  • chopped onion
- sauce :
  • puree tomato
  • tomato paste
  • bay leaves
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • thymes
  • beef stock
  • seasoning

How to make :
  1. boil the pasta until al dente. about 8 minutes. set aside.
  2. boil all kind of seafood until well done. pour some seasoning upon the seafood.
  3. for the sauce, sautee puree tomato, tomato paste and bay leaves. add oregano, thymes and garlic. sautee it for a minute and then pour beef stock and seasoning sufficiently. cook until the water reduced and get thick.
  4. heat some salad oil upon sautee pan. sautee chopped onion until get brown. add the seafood and some beef stock. pour some seasoning and add the sauce sufficiently. then add the pasta. cook until done. serve with grated parmesan cheese.


Tomato Mozarella


  just like its name. this one made by tomato cherry and filled by mozarella cheese. and those below is how to make it. check it out !


Materials :

  • tomato cherry
  • mozarella cheese
  • pesto sauce for dressing

How to make :
  1. Pesto : prepare 3 cups of fresh basil leaves, 1 1/2 cup choped walnuts, 4 cloves of peeled garlic, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup olive oil, salt and pepper for seasoning. mix all the materials above in a food processor, blend it. pour olive oil slowly while blending. set aside.
  2. cut into half the tomato cherry. for the bottom side, slice just a bit at the most bottom part in order to make the tomato stand still. fill the tomato cherry with mozarella cheese at the middle. and then pour some pesto dressing at the top. serve it !
